Wedding Ceremony

1:00-2:00PM

St. John the Baptist Church

200 E Main Street, Newark DE, 19711

The wedding ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM, please arrive and be seated by 12:30 PM to allow time for the ceremony to begin. The Church does not its own parking lot, however there is ample street parking as well as paid lots surrounding it.

Travel & Downtime

2:00-4:00PM

Main Street Newark, DE

Main Street, Newark DE, 19711

We will need to leave the Church immediately after due to another Service that night. You should have about an hour and a half downtime before traveling down to the reception. In that time, we recommend stopping off at Deerpark Tavern, Klondike Kates, or Taverna for a drink.

Coctail Hour

4:00-5:00PM

Thousand Acre Farms

260 Reedy Point Rd, Middletown, DE 19709

Upon arriving at Thousand Acre Farms, park anywhere and make your way in to begin Cocktail Hour. There will be served Hors d'oeuvres as well as an open bar to assist with the mingling.

Dinner & Dancing

5:00-10:00PM

Thousand Acre Farms

260 Reedy Point Rd, Middletown, DE 19709

Once Cocktail Hour has concluded and everyone knows each other, we will begin First Dances, Dinner, and the crowd dancing portion of the evenning. Dinner will be buffet style. Dancing will be worm style.

Wedding Ceremony

Deerpark Tavern?

108 W Main St, Newark, DE 19711

Following the Reception, the Bridal party will make their way back to Main Street in Newark to continue the festivites at the afformentioned bars in the Downtime portion of the day. Which one of them we begin at will be a gametime decision, but the crowd leans Deerpark Tavern at the end of Main Street. All are welcome to tag along.
